Objectives The aim of the microfiltration is to replace, on the grape juice, the traditional clarification operations of diatoms filtration.
TAMI's solution

During the separation, the product into fractionated in two streams:

– a clear filtrate, which is exempt of suspended solids; with a very low turbidity
– a concentrate, which contains the suspended solids; with a high turbidity.


– Obtaining of a clear filtrate
– Important reduction of consumable products use.
– No by-products to send in discharge (no more diatomaeceous earth).
– The production time is considerably shortened.
