|Objectives||The aim of the microfiltration is to replace, for the raw wine, all the traditional clarification operations (collage, decantation, diatoms filtration, plates and polymer membranes). The tangential filtration equipment uses INSIDE CéRAM™ Microfiltration ceramic membranes.|
During the separation, the product is fractionated in two phases:
– Obtaining of a clear filtrate.
