Clarification of vinegar
|Type of industry||Beverage|
|Objectives||The aim of the microfiltration is to replace, on the raw vinegar, all the traditional clarification operations (collage, decantation, diatoms filtration, plates and polymer membranes).|
During the separation, the product is fractionated into two streams:
– a filtrate, which is exempt from suspended matters.
– Obtaining a clear filtrate.
