Objectives The aim of the microfiltration is to clarify the must before fermentation in order to improve the process of wine making. The tangential filtration equipment uses INSIDE CéRAM™ Microfiltration ceramic membranes.
TAMI's solution

During the separation, the product is fractionated into two phases:
– a filtrate, which is exempt from suspended matters; turbidity < 1 NTU
– a concentrate, which contains ~ 98 % of suspended matters; turbidity > 1000 NTU.


– Obtaining of a clear filtrate ready for wine making.
– Time saving, avoiding decantation in tank.
