|Objectives||The aim of the microfiltration is to clarify the must before fermentation in order to improve the process of wine making. The tangential filtration equipment uses INSIDE CéRAM™ Microfiltration ceramic membranes.|
During the separation, the product is fractionated into two phases:
– Obtaining of a clear filtrate ready for wine making.
