|Objectives||The aim of the microfiltration is to clarify the liquid stored in the tank bottom and to re-incorporate it in the beer filtrated by traditional method (gaining between of 2 to 5 %) without any notable modification of its analytic and organoleptic qualities.|
The tangential filtration equipment uses some INSIDE CéRAM™ Microfiltration ceramic membranes.
