Objectives The aim of the microfiltration is to recover a maximum of wine from the cross-flow filtration concentrates in order to increase the global yield. The tangential filtration equipment uses INSIDE CéRAM™ Microfiltration ceramic membranes.
TAMI's solution

During the separation, the product is fractionated into two phases:
– a filtrate, which is exempt from suspended matters; turbidity < 1 NTU
– a concentrate, which contains ~ 98 % of suspended matters; turbidity > 1000 NTU.
