Objetivos	The aim of the microfiltration is to recover a maximum of alcohol from the wine lees in order to increase the yield. The tangential filtration equipment uses INSIDE CéRAM™ Microfiltration ceramic membranes.
La solución TAMI	During the separation, the product is fractionated into two phases: – a filtrate, which is exempt from suspended matters; turbidity < 1 NTU – a concentrate, which contains ~ 98 % of suspended matters; turbidity > 1000 NTU.
