Clarification of wine

The aim of the microfiltration is to replace, for the raw wine, all the traditional clarification operations (collage, decantation, diatoms filtration, plates and polymer membranes).

The tangential filtration equipment uses INSIDE CéRAMä  Microfiltration ceramic membranes.

During the separation, the product is fractionated in two phases:
- a filtrate, which is exempt of suspended matters; turbidity < 1 NTU
- a concentrate, which contains ~ 98 % of suspended matters; turbidity > 1000 NTU.

- Obtaining of a clear filtrate.
- No by-products to send in discharge.
- The chain and the technologic time are considerably shortened.
